Former President Donald Trump made history in 2023 by becoming the first U.S. president to be indicted. Here’s a quick rundown of his legal troubles.

Trump, the current 2024 Republican primary frontrunner, is facing two separate indictments as of Friday, and is awaiting two other potential indictments related to his alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election.

What will become of all of this??  One thing is obvious, they don't want Trump running again.

He was found liable for defamation and sexual battery in the rape and defamation case of Caroll - whether warranted or not, it's going to hurt him.

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

No, they don't want Republicans winning again.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

-Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."

Of course they want Trump to run again; they simply don't want any republican to win the general election, and the best way to ensure that is to do their best to have Trump be the GOP nominee.

Absolutely; they never want another GOP president seated again and they are aiming for a majority in both the House and Senate.
