President @JoeBiden spending virtually no money for his re-election campaign. In the second quarter of this year, according to fresh data, his campaign had only four people on the payroll, spent less than $1,500 on travel, accommodations, and airfare. In all, Biden’s campaign spent $1.1 million in the second quarter of this year. His former boss @BarackObama spent more than $11 million in the second quarter of 2011 when he was running for re-election, and he barely won re-election. So the question is, how does Biden intend to win?

Why would he need to spend a lot of campaign money right now?  He gets all the free campaign coverage he could want from the left-leaning MSM.

Slow Joe doesn't even plan his  diaper changes.

What is going to  happen is he is going to pretend to  run for re-election right up to the last minute,and then he is going to drop out due to "health issues" and the REAL candidate the DNC has been planning on running all along is going to step forward and announce he  or she is running,when it is too late for the RNC to mount a campaign against them.

The Dim candidate is NOT going to be Slow Joe,though. He is going to resign at the last minute due to "health issues",and is going to be replaced by a minority candidate,who will be no more in charge than Slow Joe is now.

@sneakypete  I don't think Biden will be the DEM nominee either.  As I have mentioned a couple of times, they will make Chuckles step down and it will either be Michael O'Bammy, Susan Rice or Valerie Jarett.  Maybe even Eric Holder.  They will run them at the last minute giving the GOP nominee little time to campaign against them.

They’ll have to have everything in place before October of 2023, including signatures on petitions, or they won’t be able to get this replacement candidate on all 50 state ballots.

If that's the case, how did they handle Lyndon Johnson's dropping out of the presidential race, which was at the end March 1968, if I recall...(well into the election season)?

That was before the Convention that year.  Things get really dicey after the Convention.
