Pistol-packing Philly woman opens fire on 4 suspected burglars in her apartment
A Philadelphia woman opened fire on four suspected burglars she found in her apartment over the weekend.
Police said the woman around 1 a.m. Sunday arrived at her apartment on the 4900 block of Germantown Avenue in the city's Germantown neighborhood and found four men inside without her permission, WPVI-TV reported.
Amid a confrontation, the woman opened fire — shooting two of the four suspects, all of whom fled the scene, WPVI said.
Officers arrived around 1:30 a.m. and found the woman outside, standing over 48-year-old Jermaine Parker, who had gunshot wounds to his hand and leg, WTXF-TV reported.
A short time later, police found 45-year-old Randy Miller a few blocks away with a gunshot wound to his back, WTXF added.
Both Parker and Miller were taken to Einstein Medical Center and later charged with burglary and related offenses, WTXF said, adding that a weapon was recovered.
Miller was listed in stable but critical condition, WPVI reported...............
