AOC heckled, booed as NYC town hall descends into chaos
NYC protesters voiced anger and frustration over the border, debt ceiling and billions in military aid to Ukraine

U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was shouted down and faced a partially hostile crowd during a Friday town hall where some participants were upset about the Democratic socialist legislator's positions on immigration Ukraine funding and the debt limit.

Speaking to constituents in Corona, Queens, The "Squad" member was disrupted several times as some heckled and booed her, and in turn, her supporters shouted down those protesters.

"American citizens before migrants," one man shouted as he walked toward Ocasio-Cortez holding small American flags. "Where are you on the migrant issue? You're a piece of s--t."

He was led away by security personnel.

The man also repeated a debunked claim that military veterans were being kicked out of New York City hotels to make room for migrants. One man who said he was an Iraq War veteran tried to calm the crowd down in support of the congresswoman.

"Immigrants have nothing to do with vets," the man said, holding a microphone after Ocasio-Cortez allowed him to speak. "We all came through Ellis Island. Things are different. Things change over time."

AOC critics say they were barred from attending chaotic town hall meeting

A Bronx activist with a history of heckling Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said he and at least one other critic were barred from giving the Democratic socialist an earful at a Friday town hall in Queens that devolved into chaos anyway.

Jose Vega tweeted video Saturday showing cops and Congressional security prohibiting him and a friend from entering the Corona town hall in which Ocasio-Cortez was blasted as a “piece of s—t” — for championing illegal immigrants ahead of Americans, supporting U.S funding for Ukraine, and other lefty causes.

“Both @Noggatone, who’s a constituent, and myself, are also not allowed into @AOC’s town halls,” tweeted Vega. “We were singled out. Which goes to show how scared she is.”

“I think this is kind of ridiculous,” the pal added. “They are not giving me any kind of reason whatsoever. They just escorted me out. I registered for this. I am a constituent, and they are not allowing me in.”

On Saturday, Ocasio-Cortez appeared oblivious to the venom, firing off a rosy tweet that made it seem as if she was warmly received at her town hall meeting.

My parents came through New Orleans, there were a number of ports of entry Ellis Island was just the largest with over 12 million entering in 62 years, a number democrats are intent on crushing with their open border invasion.

Mine were either already here (Iroquois Nation) or washed ashore off the Outer Banks due to ship wrecks. My Grandmother was a full-blooded Tuscarora Indian.

I'm a short timer in America, my lineage goes back to another continent and distantly to Atilla the Hun with some French and German on my maternal grandfathers side, my wife however has family ties going back at least 200 years with some small percentage of Indian blood along with Irish and German.

WATCH: New Yorkers Shout Down Ocasio-Cortez, Hurl Insults And Epithets at Unruly Town Hall

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez did not have a good week either in Congress or at a town hall-style meeting in her New York district.

Several attendees from New York expressed their dissatisfaction with the congresswoman’s lenient position on illegal immigration, her stance on raising the debt ceiling, and her continuous support for extensive U.S. funding for Ukraine, reports said.

Among them, a man wearing a shirt with a Cuban flag and holding an American flag stood up during the event in Queens and approached the stage, loudly proclaiming, “American citizens should come first before migrants!”

“America first!” he added.

“‘We are on the verge of nuclear war with Russia. Are you going to stop this war?” said another, according to a video of the chaotic scene posted by the Freedom TV Twitter account.

“Where are you on the migrant issue?” the man in the Cuban flag shirt added as security came up to surround him, and others in the audience booed. “You’re a piece of s**t!”

“OK,” AOC said as he was being led away.

The Post was a story that's NYC centric.  It's happening in a lot more places in the USA, so the story is far from debunked.
