In 2003, when he was 19 years old, Jesse McFadden of Oklahoma was convicted of first-degree rape and sentenced to 20 years in prison.

In 2017, while still in prison, “he was accused of sexting an underage girl,” but despite this, was released from prison in 2020.

He was scheduled to go to trial Monday “on charges of soliciting sexual conduct [or] communication with a minor by use of technology and a child pornography complaint.”

Meanwhile, he had married a woman named Holly, and moved to a property near Henryetta, in Okmulgee County, about 50 miles south of Tulsa, with Holly and her three children, who included a teenage daughter named Tiffany. Over the weekend, two of Tiffany’s friends, Ivy Webster, 14, and Brittany Brewer, 16, who had been spending the night at the home were reported missing. Monday, the bodies of both missing girls — as well as Jesse McFadden, Holly, Tiffany and two others — were found on the Henryetta property ...

McFadden was set to stand trial on charges of solicitation of a minor at 9 a.m. Monday but failed to show up, according to court records. A bench warrant for failure to appear was issued, the records show, and authorities then discovered the bodies while executing a search warrant.  ...

You misread.  He was convicted and ordered to serve 20 years in 2003.  He was released in 2020, so he served 17 of his 20 years.

Apparently, the solicitation charge - the one for which he just now in 2023 was supposed to appear in court - was filed and pending in 2017, but he was released from prison anyway.

... The court date stemmed from charges filed in 2017, when McFadden was accused of using a cell phone to exchange nude photos and videos with an underage girl, while he was serving time for a 2003 rape conviction, according to CNN affiliate KOKI.  ...

No problem. There is still the question of why he was released 3 years early when he was still trying to hook up with underage girls (see the accusation in 2017).

The latest reports I've seen say the FBI has absolutely no clue where he is.

I have no idea what her thought process was.  Around here sex offenders are oftenly restricted from being in the presence of minors. Including their own children.

They are not "Allowed" to have cell phones, but then again they are not allowed to have illegal drugs or weapons, but yet they somehow are able to get them.

I apologize Fred...got this mixed up with the Texas shooting where one guy walked across the street and shot 5 people including a 8 year old boy.

They arrested him...among others (wife).  He is an illegal who was deported 4 times.
