The majority of the 400 migrants outside of the Sacred Church in downtown El Paso are people who crossed undetected through a gap near gate 46. They’re now all reunited and are using the church as a safe haven to prevent from being deported by BP or ICE. Crime will begin to rise in downtown #ElPaso once again.
