The latest in Young v. EPA: Young’s reply brief to EPA’s reply brief to Young’s original brief appealling a lower court ruling that EPA is not constrained by law to conduct honest scientific peer review.

EPA is not constrained by law to conduct honest scientific peer review.
 

Then the EPA can never, ever be trusted again to be honest.  Since they don't have to be honest, there is no reason to hire scientists, only people who will spout the party line. *****rollingeyes*****
