An IRS Criminal Supervisory Agent seeking whistleblower protection claims the investigation into Hunter Biden is being mishandled by the Biden administration.

In a letter dated April 19, 2023, attorney Mark D. Lytle of the Washington, D.C.-based law firm Nixon Peabody LLP tells members of the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate that his client has been overseeing the "ongoing and sensitive investigation of a high-profile, controversial subject since early 2020 and would like to make protected whistleblower disclosures to Congress."

The story was first reported by the Wall Street Journal, and Fox News has since confirmed the story through a source familiar with the investigation that the subject at issue is Hunter Biden.  ... FOX News

Twitter users and Republican figures had intense reactions to an alleged whistleblower claiming that the Biden administration is intentionally mishandling the Hunter Biden investigation.

Fox News confirmed that attorney Mark D. Lytle penned a letter calling for whistleblower privileges regarding his client, an IRS criminal supervisory agent. The letter read that the agent previously made legally protected disclosures at the IRS and stated that these disclosures "contradict sworn testimony to Congress by a senior political appointee."

"My goal is to ensure that my client can properly share his lawfully protected disclosures with congressional committees," Lytle wrote. "Thus, I respectfully request that your committees work with me to facilitate sharing this information with congress legally and with the fully informed advice of counsel."

Social media users quickly shared the "major breaking news" with many wondering whether there could be any political fallout regarding Hunter's connection to his father and whether mainstream media will report it.

Radio host Mark Simone remarked, "Major breaking news - a whistleblower exposes a deep cover up in the Hunter Biden investigation and involvement of Merrick Garland in it and, of course, corrupt Lester Holt doesn't even mention it on the evening news."

There appears to be a crack in the wall of secrecy that has been erected around Biden Incorporated. If last night’s report turns out to be true, a whistleblower from the IRS has approached members of Congress expressing a desire to come forward and reveal allegations of misconduct and preferential treatment involving Hunter Biden. They claim that they also have evidence of false testimony given under oath to Congress by “a senior political appointee.” The specifics haven’t been released yet (assuming they ever will be), but the claims reportedly relate to a multimillion-dollar loan that the First Son took out last year to pay delinquent federal taxes assessed to “income earned overseas.” The story was both credible and startling enough that even CNN was covering the allegations this morning.     An IRS whistleblower has informed members of Congress that they want to come forward to reveal a coverup of tax evasion by first son Hunter Biden, according to a letter obtained by The Post.

    A lawyer representing the unidentified career federal agency employee informed a group of congressional committee leaders Wednesday of the allegations pertaining to “preferential treatment” and false testimony to Congress by a “senior political appointee.”

    Although Hunter, 53, isn’t named in the letter, a congressional source confirmed the complaint pertains to the first son, who reportedly borrowed about $2 million last year to pay off a federal tax bill assessed to income earned overseas.

The whistleblower’s attorney, Mark Lytle, described an ongoing investigation that has been taking shape since at least 2020. He also claims that his client only resorted to asking for whistleblower status after first bringing the information to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration and to the Department of Justice IG’s office.

More tantalizingly, there is a vague description of senior officials engaging in “preferential treatment and politics improperly infecting decisions and protocols that would normally be followed by career law enforcement professionals in similar circumstances.” If the whistleblower can provably show that someone high up in the food chain lied under oath, somebody could be in serious trouble, and I’m not talking about Hunter Biden.

Dr. Gal Luft, the co-director of the Washington-based Institute for the Analysis of Global Security, was preparing to reveal explosive information about a Biden family international corruption scandal. Now he has suddenly gone missing under mysterious circumstances after a Larnaca court had released him on bail, Cypriot website Philenews reported on Wednesday.
