Hmmmm....
Who didn't see that coming?
(1) Subsidies? Gubmit has and still has been doing that from what I have seeing.
(2) Word has gotten around about the logistics problems of having an EV
(3) Word has also gotten around about what kind of costs you will be seeing if you have significant maintenance problems.
(4) Safety- Show of hands of anyone who really wants to put one these in their garages.
(5) Scam itself. I think the population is surely, but slowly understanding the whole dynamic around the scam of climate change, and some don't want to be shamed, then embarassased that they were duped.
(6) Market itself may be hitting a wall. There are many like myself who came from the oil industry, who see this as a political ploy to destroy this industry. An industry btw, that people in it, tend to be politically conservative.
(7) Extreme Weather- More an more reports at, at least the local level, of how undependable EV's are in extreme heat, cold, or snow.
(8) Disngenous and overall idiotic pols, and their energy policies.- As our socialist government continues to take us over the green energy cliff, KWH's are going to be scarce, and the sheer idiotic hypocricy became evident last year when Newsome asked people not to charge their EV's because of an electricity shortage. In comedic terms..... You just can't make this shit up.
(9) And even costs.... Even with the subsidies, and shaming, EV's still are runnng 25-50% higher than their IC counterparts.
In my case, they will have to pry my cold dead hands off the steering wheel of my V-8 Truck.
