State Rep. Slaton wants to prevent Judge Brown from ruling in favor of child gender mutilation ever again.After Judge Mary Brown’s ruling in the James Younger case last year, where she ruled in favor of the mother moving the two young sons out of state, Texas State Rep. Bryan Slaton has filed a resolution calling for the Dallas judge’s impeachment.
House Resolution 238 was filed on February 14 by State Rep. Bryan Slaton (R–Royse City); it would bring articles of impeachment against Brown, removing her from the 301st Judicial District.
Slaton’s reasoning for Brown’s impeachment revolves around her ruling in the Jeff Younger case that caused a father to lose custody of a son to his ex-wife, who was forcing gender transition on the child.
“By her rulings and decision in this case, Judge Brown put radical gender ideology and its effect on children above her duty to uphold the Constitution,” said Slaton. “She made these decisions, despite knowing full-well that a child would be subjected to further gender modification surgeries, procedures, therapies and counseling—actions that all reasonable people know to be barbaric and abusive.”
