The DOJ seized an additional six items consisting of classified documents from Biden's Wilmington home

The Justice Department seized additional classified records from President Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware home during a search it conducted on Friday, Fox News has learned.

The Justice Department conducted a search of the house beginning Friday morning at 9:45 a.m., which concluded Friday night around 10:30 p.m. and covered "all working, living and storage spaces in the home," Biden's personal attorney Bob Bauer said Saturday evening.

"At the outset of this matter, the President directed his personal attorneys to fully cooperate with the Department of Justice," Bauer said. "Accordingly, having previously identified and reported to DOJ a small number of documents with classification markings at the President’s Wilmington home, and in the interest of moving the process forward as expeditiously as possible, we offered to provide prompt access to his home to allow DOJ to conduct a search of the entire premises for potential vice-presidential records and potential classified material."

Bauer said that by agreement with the Justice Department, representatives of both Biden's personal legal team and the White House Counsel’s Office were present for the search. Neither the president nor the first lady were present during the search.

"DOJ had full access to the President’s home, including personally handwritten notes, files, papers, binders, memorabilia, to-do lists, schedules, and reminders going back decades," Bauer continued.

BREAKING: President Biden’s personal attorney says DOJ searched Biden’s Wilmington home on Friday and discovered 6 more classified documents, which they took possession of. Some of the documents were from Biden’s time in the Senate, others from his time as VP.

The Department of Justice just announced they searched Joe Biden’s home on Friday and found SIX MORE classified documents. This comes after Biden said there were no more. It’s way past time for a full FBI raid of all Joe Biden’s properties. Our democracy won’t survive otherwise.

It’s not 6 classified dox. Awkwardly worded statement by Biden team (ie, spin as favorable to Biden as possible) was ‘6 items consisting of documents with classification markings.’ We don’t know what they mean by ‘item’ (box? envelope?) nor how many classified dox in each ‘item’.

The excuses about documents being accidentally swept up clearing out his vice presidential office no longer wash. The existence of classified documents from his Senate days means he had to have knowingly taken them and transported them multiple times.

A few questions remain, among them the subject of the documents in question, and whether Speaking engagements and book deals brought in that money or creative marketing and business dealings (not to mention rent) were the source of some or all of that revenue.

In 25 words or less, was he or members of his family brokering classified information to China, Russia, or others?
