For years, NIKE used "Do It" as their slogan.
Using the logic behind this bill, how many homicides, rapes, kidnappings, bombings, shootings, and other crimes might be attributed to this slogan because some one, somewhere, took that slogan as their personal epiphany?
If someone posts that the majority of black homicides result directly from the actions of black perpetrators, is that somehow to be construed as encouraging a very small fringe element of our society to violence they might ordinarily be predisposed to commit, somehow being the straw that broke the camel of civility's back?
Utter and complete nonsense, but if such were to pass, I would immediately demand the same protection under the law, that no one black could ever post anything that might spur even the most radical and racist black person to act out their dreams of violence against any white person.
Now, who would be keeping their mouths shut more after something like that.
At least we'd be done hearing about all this reparations crap.
