Illegal Alien Charged With Incest Released Less Than Two Hours After His Arrest In NC

On December 21, Flores was booked into the Iredell Jail at 2:35 p.m., and after coming up with 10 percent of his bail to pay to a bail-bonding service, was released at 3:57 p.m., less than two hours after being locked up, according to custody records.
This, despite his status in this country and the very serious nature of his charges.
At this time, it is not clear whether Iredell County Sheriff Darren Campbell refused to enforce an U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer, or if ICE failed to issue one for Flores. Either way, this illegal alien is back in the town of Statesville, NC, posing a threat to the community.
