The tremendous slaughter of mostly black males could basically be almost completely stopped overnight or cut down tremendously.
But there is no will to do so. Even in cities run by blacks which is now many cities across the country.
The perps are almost always young black males in the 15-25 age bracket, but many black males up to the age of 50 are also likely suspects.
Stop and frisk, curfews, and profiling would cut down the homicide rate enormously.
They will not be employed....even by black city administrators. Because nobody wants to admit that blacks are the problem.
Nothing short of insanity to let this continue.
