And after years of cereal and all the other things westerners eat on the Standard American Diet (SAD), we've become diabetic, fat, plagued with dozens of autoimmune diseases (RA, Lupus, Hashimoto's, Hidradenitis Suppurativa, etc.), developed fatty liver disease, IBS, heart disease, cancer ... the list goes on and on and on. And we pooh-poohed the notion of eating low-to-zero carb diets, insisting they weren't healthy. But, by golly, we read our cereal boxes! <rant over>

Birds? No I never heard birds, but with my hearing impairment and severe Tinnitus I would hear what sounded like whispering or just not quite loud enough to understand speech........I would have much preferred birds.

When Islam conquers an Infidel land, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, or a different sect of Muslim, they gravitate to all the most Holy sites and convert them to mosques as a sign of dominance. They may or may not destroy the existing site. But if they do destroy it, they will build a mosque on the exact same spot. This demonstrates that Allah is supreme over all other religions.
