once had to be close to twenty years ago, my had a client who moved up there and she went to help him get set up with his new biller(wither my wife goeth I goeth too). Well I had time to kill and decided to walk around, even back then it was shit, anyway wasn't paying too much attention until I realized there were rainbows every where and the people had gotten decidedly and quite overtly...Queerish and wanting to get a lot friendlier than I desired so I hoofed it back the way I came and found my way to Powell's Books and a much pleasanter way to spend my time. But I told my wife I had no desire to ever go near Portland again.
