Infant son of tech boss overdoses on fentanyl found at San Francisco playground

The infant son of a California tech honcho overdosed on fentanyl he found while crawling around a playground in an upscale San Francisco neighborhood, according to his frightened father and nanny.

The 10-month-old twin, Sena, was playing with his brother at George Moscone Park in the Marina District on Tuesday afternoon when he began struggling to breathe and turned blue, his nanny Wendy Marroqui said.

“I shook him, and I’m like, something’s wrong,”  Marroqui told wral.com. “I saw his face and he was dizzy. I thought he’s not breathing.”

She said the baby had been crawling in the grass and putting leaves in his mouth like he normally does before suddenly falling ill, so she called 911.

After determining there was nothing blocking his airway, paramedics administered a life-saving dose of the anti-opioid medication Narcan — bringing the boy back from the brink of death, said his dad Ivan Matkovic, 35.

Within seconds, the infant began crying and breathing again.

It's sad and I am glad the child survived, but I can't help wondering how much his tech boss daddy and his company supported the insane policies SanFranshitco has in regards to the mentally ill and drug addicts?

A California father is now speaking out after one of his children was treated for possible fentanyl exposure after playing at a San Francisco Park. Ivan Matkovic spoke with Good Morning America revealing the shocking incident saying it was a scary moment for his family and his son’s nanny. She was watching the 10-month-old twin boys one afternoon when the terrifying incident unfolded.

Matkovic stated that he was working from home that day so the family’s nanny was taking care of the boys and took them outside for an afternoon walk at Moscone Park, which is located next to Moscone Middle School. The park is usually filled with families on a daily basis which is why the event was shocking for all parties involved.

“I got a call from her saying, ‘Hey, [one of the boys is] having trouble breathing. I think you should come.’ and my first instinct was OK, maybe he’s choking on something. Let me head over there,” Matkovic stated. “And then she calls me again, like a minute or two later, and says, ‘Hey, he’s turning blue. I’m going to give him CPR and call 911.’ And at that moment, you just try to run as fast as you can … [and I called] my wife and got their GPS location so that I could get there even faster.”

The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others. But it does me no injury for my neighbor to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg.
