In other words, it'll take longer this time around to cover their tracks and implement the Steal.
They need to list all the nonexistent voters this time. Can't have more votes than registered voters (again), or someone (predictably, we're all watching) will cry foul. They are just trying to prepare the world for the flack they know they are going to get stealing this election. Shades of 2020, as a brain damaged candidate who has been propped up every inch of the way tries to steal an election, (ssdr), one who should have withdrawn when he suffered his injury.
If he manages to 'squeak' by with truckloads of ballots from elsewhere and double counts in the dark of night, and people say he isn't suitable for the task (medically), then that will be framed as a 'mean' attack on the ability challenged or some such.
