That's the great thing about fear.  It's feels real to the afraid person.

Potential Don Buldoc and Caroline Leavitt voters are being bombarded with Dem propaganda ...

////00000////

The GOP boogey man is coming to take away your abortions, Social Security, and Medicare, and only voting Dem can save you.

Weaponizing fear allows propagandists to manufacture a false reality in someone's mind in the hopes they will act upon it.

If you make a conscious decision to base your thoughts on logic and reason instead of emotion, then you will be immune to these lies.  But the moment you allow 'feelings' to rule you, you might as well be a Democrat.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

-Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."

The right wants to take away abortion and gay marriage in their pursuit to make Government the instrument of God's Will upon Earth, instead of Church and conscience.

Oh bullcrap.

Fear and anger are primal human emotions that are more evolutionarily established than reason and logic.

Reason and logic are only recent introductions to the human mind.

Fight, flight, and freeze go back to our evolutionary ancestors.  They are better established and more deeply entrenched in the human mind than reason and logic.

Propagandists use weaponized fear and anger to bypass, circumvent, and short-circuit reason and logic.

Since we cannot un-see and un-hear things, the first message to make an imprint will be the winning message.

When you hear a sudden loud sound while you're asleep, the initial primitive reaction is fear.  At that point, the burden is upon reason and logic to disprove that fear.

Effective messages are appeals to the subconcious that quickly imprint upon our minds before reason and logic have an opportunity to intercept, interfere with, or disprove them.

Nah. Only if the message is believed.

Nah sommore. My initial primitive reaction is unreasoning anger. FIGHT. and fight is never based in fear.

Reason and logic are only recent introductions to the human mind.

So you're blaming God for your own conscientious decision to parrot Democrat lies on this board?  Because of some evolutionary establishment that emotions came before logic?  Really?

How does any of that excuse today?  I haven't heard you say that you are stuck on the evolutionary timeline and haven't yet reached the point where logic and reason take over.  Are these mental qualities that you simply do not possess?

Democrats lie.  They have been doing so for decades.  Question everything they say.  Everything.  Even a caveman can do that.

God gave me the gift of Free Will, which I choose to exercise as much as possible.

In New Hampshire, the Dems are lying their asses off to hold on to Maggie Hassan's Senate seat and Chris Pappas' House seat.

The Dem elite have become disconnected from the people, and they have forgotten "it's the economy, stupid."

Lindsey Graham wants a Federal ban on abortion, contrary to the traditional states' rights stance of conservatives.

What he wants is the Senate to not shift to the Republicans.  That entire fiasco was designed not to ban abortions, but to hurt the Republican challengers to his friends.  Nothing more.
For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death — if you’re unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. Sloe Joe Biteme 12/16
I will NOT comply.

Still waiting for those examples where Democrat politicians were shot on a baseball field, had their ribs broken while cutting their grass, or had someone put a knife to their throats while on the campaign trail.

@Hoodat

This is not directly related to the above story, but it is related,in the sense it displays the bias in big-city newspapers.

I was doing armed bodyguard work when I first moved to Denver in the early 70's,and one place where the legacy millionaires in Denver gathered was at the Denver Athletic Club. VEWWY,VEWWY private club dating back to the 1800's.

Anyhow, the legacy owner to the Denver Post,Denver's oldest newspaper, got drunk in the DAC club one sattidy nite, and pulled a concealed handgun on a couple of other members. Can't remember at the moment of any "warning shots" were fired or not,but the police were DEFINITELY involved. Keep in mind that just being a mere millionaire is not good enough to qualify you  for a membership card.

The sweet, sweet irony involved in this was people were trying to get more CCW permits approved by the DPD at the time, and the DPD AND the Denver Post newspaper were both rabidly anti-gun. The Denver Post was running editorials about the danger of CCW permits at the time.

So,the RABIDLY ANTI-GUN legacy owner (his grandfather or great-grandfather stated the Denver Post) gets drunk in that private club, and pulls a concealed weapon on a couple of other members, yet, oddly enough, there was not a single WHISPER about this reported in the Denver Post.

Rest assured that the Rocky Mountain Post did a bang-up!(pun intended) job of reporting it,though.

Come to find out,the Denver Post publisher was in possession of a uber-rare CHG Permit issued by the Denver Police Department! HOODA THUNK IT?

And,"No,there was no report of it being pulled, and the court proceedings were sealed.

No word if him DAC membership was pulled or not,but it seems unlikely.

I do know that shortly after that incident the security company I worked for was contacted by the Denver Post publishers requesting armed bodyguards to escort the publisher around town. I,of course, refused to take the job. No negative consequences from the security company, either. They just had someone else babysit that turd.

BTW,the publisher or his son are still at the anti-gun crusade, too. There was an article supporting left-wing moon-batism by the editor published today.
Anyone who isn't paranoid in 2021 just isn't thinking clearly!

More of us need to know that.
