He was charged with burglary, which in Cali is the same as B&E.  Except I see no evidence that he broke in.  Broke out?  Maybe.

Imagine how many 'real' thieves, career thieves, are listening to this bullshit story and kicking themselves. Jesus, one of the richest politically connected families on Earth and all I had to do was strip down to my underwear and knock? Assuming any of this story is true (which everyone knows it is not), there must be dozens of real felons who look at it as a missed opportunity.

Everything points to Paul knew he was coming and let him (his friend David) in. Something went wrong, rough sex got out of hand not unusual, and Paul called the cops. When the Police showed up, the trick got pissed off and hit him with the hammer. "You said no Police!" *Bonk*

All of this CRAP about wanting Nancy Pelosi is pure hearsay nonsense. Who knows who made all that stuff up? ... a Pelosi fixer is most likely. If true, let Pepe LePew speak for himself. I want to hear him say anything about Nancy or 'kneecaps' out of his own mouth <- will never happen, btw. I'm sure Pepe is more surprised than anyone to hear all of the stories being put in his mouth.

I wonder how many other millionaires and politicians are now going to have their home security 'tested' by home invaders because ... damn! ... it just seems so easy.

I saw the picture of the broken glass, but it looked like glass on both sides of the door.... If hit with a hammer initially it would go inside but if beating out the rest of the glass (to clear it for reaching in) it could fall to both sides... falling glass is not an exact science no matter how many mystery shows we watch with it mentioned.
