Others are welcoming Gabbard with open arms. Even though it is still unclear which party she will be joining – Republican or Independent.

“I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party that is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness,” Gabbard wrote on Twitter last week.

“Who divide us by racializing every issue & stoke anti-white racism, actively work to undermine our God-given freedoms,” she continued.

Today, Gabbard endorsed Kari Lake, the GOP candidate for governor in Arizona.

I believe this may be a "thing."  I honestly don't know what this endorsement brings. I don't trust Tulsi Gabbard, I can tell you that.

Tulsi may not be a conservative or even a republican.... but she HAS left the democrat plantation and is in the perfect position to encourage others to do the same.

I think her decision was a long time coming and she's articulated excellent reasons

I can take it that way @Right_in_Virginia ... based largely in her military service, which may have put in her a new way...

But still... trust requires verify, and verify requires time.

Well, folks are already voting.  Her help is welcome now.

As for the future, I expect Tulsi will remain an Independent.
