Losing her grandmother and the World watching her every move.  Way too much for a 7 year old.

@libertybele

A little more on the crying ---- it appears Camilla may have needed a drink

Quote
Queen consort Camilla was seen getting frustrated over Princess Charlotte and Prince George's antics at the Queen's funeral, a lip reader has noticed.

As the entourage lined up to join King Charles and senior royals, lip reader Jeremy Freeman spotted the fun exchange between the two young royals.

George, who stands next to Kate by the car, appears to pinch his seven-year-old sister.

Charlotte quickly turns around and stares at George, before facing forwards saying: "Ow!"

But the exchange appeared to annoy Camilla, who frowns and points at Charlotte before turning to Kate and saying: "Take her."

Definitely.       It's been a rough time for the entire family, and Camilla may be a tad weary and had her fill of the grandkiddies, and if indeed George pinched his sister, especially at this occasion I can see why Camilla took George aside and good for her!

(Louis was left behind, but we saw how he acted out at the Jubilee.)

George pinching Charlotte and her turning and saying "ow" makes me believe that the usual sibling rivalry is on display, but also that they lack some discipline.  George is the most quiet, Charlotte is a pistol and Louis is rambunctious.

My kids acted out at times at home but they knew that they dared not act out in public.  They were warned before they left the house.  We always got compliments on how well they were behaved. Though they never had to endure the hours of public scrutiny and hours of events and processions as Prince George and Princess Charlotte have had to endure.

No doubt about it.  Joe is an evil, disgusting being.  When is Mama Jill going to stand up for her husband who has dementia and have him step down?  For crying out loud has she no shame or any love left for the man??

Wow, you're tough.

If our boys at ages 7 and 9 had sat through an eight hour global extravaganza with ONE! sibling nudge ---- we would have been pinching each other!

The kids behaved beautifully ---- Camilla needed the timeout.

I really hope after the burial or interment they have no more "functions" for a few days. Get away from the limelight and get some rest. And let the children be children.

Oh, I think the kids are adorable. I just saw some sibling rivalry coming through (normal) but obviously the kids have been through an awful lot, especially losing their "Queen" to boot.

No doubt about it, Camilla needed a stiff drink. I think she has a bit of a rough exterior, but I shouldn't judge. She's been through a lot too.  I can only imagine what it must be like to have to put up with Harry and Markle being around.

Joe Biden forced to wait for seat after apparent late arrival at Queen’s funeral
US president and first lady had to wait as procession of George and Victoria Cross-holders went ahead of them
Daniel Boffey Chief reporter
Mon 19 Sep 2022 10.45 EDT

He may be the world’s most powerful man but the apparent late arrival of the US president, Joe Biden, and his wife, Jill, was not allowed to disrupt the finely tuned choreography of the late Queen’s funeral.

Rather than being ushered immediately to their seats on their arrival at Westminster Abbey, the first couple, aged 79 and 71, had to be gently told they would need to stand and wait as a procession of George and Victoria Cross-

After an awkward period of small talk at the main entrance, as those awarded the highest decorations of military valour went ahead, the Bidens finally followed in the wake of Victoria Cross-holder CSgt Johnson Beharry, pushing the wheelchair of Keith Payne VC, 89.

The US president had been given a dispensation to make his journey to the abbey in “the Beast”, a heavily armoured limousine used by US presidents for security reasons, rather than be bussed to the abbey with the other heads of state and government. ...

The special treatment demanded by the White House was by some way not the most significant diplomatic difficulty facing the earl marshal, the Duke of Norfolk, who was in charge of planning the funeral. ...

The Accessory Jill Biden Wore To The Queen's Funeral Has Twitter Divided
By Hope Ngo/Updated: Sept. 19, 2022 1:18 pm EDT

There was a strict dress code for those attending the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II. According to Business of Fashion, female guests who were in attendance at the queen's funeral service at Westminster Abbey were meant to be in simple, black dresses. And while hats were also meant to be compulsory, it appears Dr. Jill Biden chose to deviate from the dress somewhat, by covering part of her hair with an ornate black headband instead, which proved to be a divisive trigger on social media.

One Twitter user snarkily pointed out, "Why does Jill Biden always look like such a hot mess? Nothing says 'I'm mourning for Queen Elizabeth' like a big black bow in your hair." Another asked, "Why is Jill Biden wearing a party bow on her head?" Another social media user leaped to her defense, saying: "Okay but Dr. Jill Biden looks so cute with that bow hairband."  ...

The List

It turns out that both Joe and Jill were an embarrassment. Jill knew ahead of time what the appropriate dress was, so why couldn't she have found some sort of black hat with a little veil to wear?  Even if she were to have worn a short black veil, it would have been more appropriate. Who the heck helps her with her selection of clothing? They need to be fired.

Both are messes!!!

I never got the warm grandmotherly fuzzies from Camilla.

Meghan Markle makes a 'very brave' request to King Charles ahead of her return to California with Prince Harry after the Queen's funeral, claims royal expert
Daily Mail/UK, Sep 19, 2022

Meghan Markle allegedly requested a 'one-to-one' meeting with King Charles to heal rifts before her departure to California with Harry after the Queen's funeral, according to a royal insider.

Neil Sean, an entertainment correspondent who has appeared on NBC News, MSNBC and Access Hollywood, revealed that he had heard from a 'very good source' that the American actress had sent a letter requesting a private conversation with Charles.

'She'd now like before they return back to California to have a one-to-one audience with King Charles III,' Sean said in a video posted to YouTube, that has recorded nearly 300k views.

'That's right—Meghan one-to-one with King Charles. You heard correct.

Detailing the content of the letter, he said: 'It would be an opportunity to clear the air, pull the rights from wrongs and explain some of the rationale behind what they've been doing over the last two years.'

'Now, you know, you have to admire Meghan's self-belief, whatever you think.

However, Sean warned it remains unclear if the letter will be enough for the couple to make amends with the Royal Family.

'Truthfully, we have no idea if this is going to go forward.'

Sean said it was customary to request the King's presence through a letter.

'This is how you write to the King through his equity, and of course that's passed on,' he told his YouTube channel.

If this  pointing-up  sit-down takes place, Kate and Sofie should announce they're going to be a stay-at-home mom going forward---- and write their own book.  Maybe Anne would like to be a contributing editor.
