Ucky-ducky, of the myriad legal fights in which Trump has been embroiled the past 7 years, which ones did he started, other than by existing?

Trump-Russia Collusion? False accusation started by HilLIARy

Kids in cages? Caused by continuing to enforce laws with the resources left to him (and used in the same way) by OhBummer.

NY AG fishing expedition? Started by NY's AG.

Ukraine phone call? Started by a Lt. Col. and Obama-appointed ambassador's lies.

1/6? Trump's own words and offers of support in the days prior to 1/6 disprove Pelosiroo's, et al's claims.

MaL raid? Started by bad-faith negotiations by the National Archives and DoIJ false pretexts.

Trump did not start these and similar fights. Trump did (and does) fight back instead of caving and surrendering. Trump gets that surrendering to bullies empowers bullies.

How often are such things incited by someone on their own side?

And when does the opposing side ever take responsibility for escalating things to the point where it becomes a threat?
