President Joe Biden ignored the anniversary of the historic D-Day invasion by American soldiers for the second year in a row as president.

On social media, the president instead made a desperate plea for gun control.

The White House again tried to boast about the strength of the American economy on Biden’s watch and also tried to reassure Americans he was working to get more baby formula into the country, as shortages continue.

But there was no mention of D-Day from the president on his social media accounts, his press statements, or publicly. The White House did not even address D-Day during the daily press briefing.

An increasingly unpopular President Joe Biden gave a last-minute nod to the 78th anniversary of D-Day on Monday, after whiffing on it last year spurring national outrage and disgust.

He issued a statement to honor the historic day at 8:45 pm ET which is actually early morning on June 7 in Normandy, France.

Last year, the Biden administration failed to acknowledge the anniversary in any way, shape, or form, and this year’s recognition of the day was perceived as merely perfunctory during an election year.

“Today, we mark 78 years since D-Day and honor those who answered duty’s call on the beaches of Normandy,” Biden belatedly tweeted. “We must never forget the service and sacrifice in defense of freedom, and we must strive every day to live up to the ideals they fought to defend.”

Joe didn't throw anything except maybe a fit over getting the wrong flavor ice cream for desert. This release was made by some flunkie who suddenly noticed all the chatter about how Biden once again disrespected American servicemen, especially on such an important day in our history. To Joe it wasn't D-Day it was chocolate chip ice cream or banana pudding desert day, you know something really important...to him.
