It's funny, but I think Joe needs to be more worried that dr Jill will be holding the pillow.

The only thing better for dr Jill than being FLOTUS is being the grieving widow of POTUS( especially a Dementia addled infirm wreck like Joe). Just think of all the fawning attention, speaking engagements and book deals. And the bonus on top of that is never having to wipe up drools or change diapers again.

Not until they leave the WH. She enjoys the status and the perks too much.

Joe may be in deep do-do once he is out of office,though. I can see her LOVING being the center of attention at a State Funeral.
