SUVs play a large role in climate change, the group says

A radical environmental group raised a few eyebrows on Twitter after encouraging people to let the tires out of SUVs in an apparent bid to combat climate change.

The group, Adbusters, tweeted step-by-step instructions for the provocation on Wednesday, calling it a "gentle escalation" or ramping up the urgency about climate change.

So, by deflating the tires, these people are (a) causing the owners to make unnecessary trips to the station to get the tire re-inflated and, in some cases, causing them to call for a tow, or other assistance, thereby ramping up the emissions from all vehicles involved above and beyond those that would otherwise have occurred if they had left the SUVs alone, and (b) not endearing either themselves or their cause to either the SUV owners or to anyone who depends on those owners.

And this is all eco-friendly.  Got it!

Last I saw, in TX, your vehicle can be included in domicile determination. 

Considering partially deflating tires can cause fatal vehicular crashes, I think wasting a few enviro-whackos might be for the common good.

Sounds like an organized criminal conspiracy that needs to be prosecuted under R.I.C.O. or terrorism statutes.

Under-inflated SUV tires are a saftey risk.

These types of "misunderstandings" can lead to "accidental" firearms or cross-bow discharges.
