By her logic, because the means of committing homicide have become more efficient since the days of muzzleloaders, the person who only takes ten seconds to pull a weapon and kill, with malice aforethought, a half dozen people in under fifteen seconds, should not be subject to the sentencing guidelines established for Murder 1, because it did not take as long as reloading each and every several round one at a time through the muzzle of the firearm.
Of course, from what I have seen/heard, she would not be capable of seeing the parallel there with her logic in re: child pornographers.
There is no way in Hell this person should be ruling on Constitutional matters. We already have enough logically, legally impaired justices on the court.
