U.S. Border Patrol agents rescued two young migrant children left abandoned in the desert night at the border near Mount Cristo Rey last week, officials said.

The Honduran children, ages 7 and 5 years old, were spotted by Border Patrol camera operators, agency officials said this week.

The incident occurred about 9 p.m. Feb. 23 when the children were seen by border cameras in the desert near Ardovino’s Desert Crossing restaurant in Sunland Park, New Mexico.

The children were abandoned by two people who fled back up Mount Cristo Rey, which towers along the border, topped with a statue of Jesus Christ at the corner of Texas, Mexico and New Mexico.

Are the parents entitled, under Biden rules, to $495,000 for each child for being separated from their children? *****rollingeyes*****
