During the national election, Biden claimed that he is a foreign policy master however, his administration is showing that he is a failure.

 
“Putin knows that when I am president of the United States his days of tyranny and trying to intimidate the United States and those in Eastern Europe are over,” Biden said in 2019.

 
Putin was so scared of Biden that he walked right into Ukraine.
