HAGERSTOWN, MD — An anti-COVID-19 restriction trucker convoy circling the nation’s capital will not be entering Washington, D.C. — at least not yet, organizers said Monday.

Organizer Brian Brase spoke to members of the convoy early Monday morning at Hagerstown Speedway in Maryland, where the convoy had camped out for the night. Brase told the assembled crowd that the convoy would not be entering the capital yet out of fear that it would be cast in the same light as the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol Riot.

“I am fearful, [myself] and the organizers are fearful of them trying to do to us what they did to those involved in Jan 6,” Brase said. “It is our belief that they will try to do that.”

Here is the deal.

You either shut down the beltway and cause problems for the powers that be,or they are going to pretend to ignore you,while sending cops out after the leadership.

If you want to be heard,ya gotta make some noise and piss some people off.

There really ain't no in-between,and you can bet your asses the ferals already have your license numbers,drivers license numbers,addresses,etc,etc,etc,and they WILL strike back once this is over if you don't put the fear of GAWD into them now.

If you don't,you will STILL be fined,taken to court,and harassed  by the state and feral goobermints for even DARING to PRETENT to challenge their "Author-Tay".

Since you are already on the government lists anyhow,you really have nothing to lose,so you might as well "go for it".

On the way to Hagerstown, saw the tail-end of the caravan (about 5 miles worth of "tail")
this morning on I-70 heading East toward I-270 South to the Capital Beltway Rt-495.

Pick-ups, RVs, SUVs, Jeeps, Tractor-Trailers... all flagged out!  People were greeting them on bridge overpasses.

Even though People’s Convoy organizers reportedly have no plans for the truck armada to enter Washington, D.C., proper, the U.S. Capitol Police has declared an emergency situation of some kind.

“‘The Capitol Police Board has issued an emergency declaration to ensure that the US Capitol police are able to operate and respond as necessary,’ [House Sergeant at Arms William] Walker said in a letter to all members of Congress and staff,” CNN reported. “Walker advised members and staff to consider telework options and the use of public transportation to avoid traffic delays.”

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) on Thursday rode shotgun with truckers from the "People’s Convoy" protest movement at the Hagerstown Speedway in Maryland.

The People's Convoy, inspired by the Canadian trucker convoy that resulted in the multi-day shut down of Ontario's Ambassador Bridge, is protesting to end workplace vaccine mandates and other COVID-19 restrictions.

In a series of tweets, Cruz confirmed his visit and shared photos and videos of him riding in a truck and addressing the crowd.


A video posted on Thursday morning to his personal Twitter account showed the Republican senator in the passenger seat while driving around the venue.

"Thank you to every trucker who is standing up for freedom for every man, woman, and child in America!" he said.
