"Law" does not apply to Democrats. Hillary, Comey, Fauci, Holder, Antifa, BLM, and countless others have proven that a hundred times over. The list of Democrats who have broken the "law" openly, blatantly, and publicly is too long to list here. And they do it with impunity.
It is not that law does not apply, it is there is nobody who is willing to enforce it on Democrats.
