Bank Robberies Arrest: Germantown Man, 31, Charged [Maryland]

GERMANTOWN, MD — A 31-year-old man has been charged with three robberies that took place in December 2021 and January 2022 in Germantown, Poolesville, and Darnestown.

Steven Beitzel, a Germantown resident, was arrested by Rockville City Police on Jan. 12, after officers saw him driving a dirt bike on Shady Grove Road without a helmet —
