Dog and puppies keep abandoned newborn baby warm overnight
An Indian local found an abandoned newborn baby in a field one day.
The baby girl was found surrounded by puppies, naked, and with her umbilical cord still attached.
Locals believe that the baby survived after a dog and her puppies cuddled up to her to keep her warm.
The locals of the Chattisgarh province in India found an abandoned newborn baby who miraculously survived the night outside. They believe that she was saved by a dog and her puppies, who kept her warm by snuggling up to her.
Local representative Munnalal Patel said he was heading outside for his daily chores at about 11 in the morning when he heard crying and spotted the baby.

The newborn baby girl was “crying and lying alongside puppies in our village,” he said. “We panicked and informed the health department before the newborn was taken to the hospital for further check-up”.
They believe that the baby was left outside during the night. She was completely naked and her umbilical cord was still attached.
