Among its top search results today for “climate change,” Google News is promoting a story published in the Bangor News claiming global warming threatens blueberry harvests in Maine.
However, data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture shows that during the recent period of modest warming blueberry production in Maine and across the United States have set records multiple times over the past few decades.
