An immigrant teenager who has been charged with three counts of murder and one charge of aggravated assault has been allowed to post bond and is now allowed to go back to school. His bond was originally set at $300,000 but was later reduced to $220,000 by Harris County Judge Chris Morton. Ahmedal Tayeb Modawi, 17, is accused of killing three valets after crashing into them while driving a white Infiniti G37.

Modawi, who is from Sudan was working as a valet when he took a client’s car and began spinning donuts in a nearby parking lot. A police officer saw him and turned on his lights. Modawi then sped up in an effort to evade the police. As he fled, he hit three other valets,  22-year-old Eric Orduna, 23-year-old Nick Rodriguez, and 18-year-old Fnan Measho before he crashed into a pole.

Modawi suffered a broken leg and his passenger had both legs broken and was thrown from the car. All three valets were pronounced dead. He was arrested at the scene and was taken for treatment at a local hospital. He will have to wear an ankle monitor, but will be allowed to attend school. None of the families will receive federal money that had been set aside for victims of crimes committed by immigrants. Biden cleaned out the fund and used it on illegal aliens invading the country.
