BREAKING: Biden Vaccine Mandate Starts Jan 4, Workers Must Get Vax Or Be Banned From Corporate Employment Indefinitely

Biden regime vaccine inspectors are headed to businesses with more than 100 employees

The Biden regime, using the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulatory agency of the Department of Labor, will begin inspecting businesses with over 100 employees to determine whether employees are fully vaccinated with one of the controversial COVID-19 vaccines starting on January 4, 2022. Businesses not compliant with the Biden regime’s vaccine mandate will be fined heavily.

Apparently undaunted by the humiliating defeats Democrats suffered in Virginia and across the country, the Biden regime is pushing ahead with its vaccine mandate. Beginning next year, businesses with more than 100 employees that do not require their workers to be vaccinated, or do not fire unvaccinated employees, will be fined $14,000 per employee that is not compliant. The only way to avoid the fines is to COVID-19 test employees resisting the controversial vaccines weekly.


However, rules are harsher for the overwhelming majority of healthcare workers. In any facility receiving funding from federal programs Medicare and Medicaid, employees must be vaccinated and are not permitted to undergo testing as an alternative.

In effect, Biden is firing an unknown percentage of the 17 million U.S. healthcare workers impacted, and is firing them at a time when shortages of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers is reportedly diminishing quality of life for patients and workers at hospitals across the country.

My state's attorney general said he and other AGs are challenging this.

Just got the notice from my HR department.  My strategy will be to flood them with a list of questions proving that the jab has been properly tested and determined to be safe and effective, and that they accept full legal and financial liability in the event that something goes wrong.  I am not refusing the jab, I am simply asking for my completely reasonable concerns to be addressed first.

When they fail to address those questions, but fire me anyway, it will be on them, not me, because technically, I did not refuse the jab.

The state of West Virginia, represented by Morrisey, is one of seven states that have joined together to challenges the new mandate that says private employers with 100 or more workers are required to have workers fully vaccinated by Jan. 4.

Morrisey told MetroNews Friday the mandate, pushed by President Joe Biden, “represents an egregious power grab by the Biden administration and we intend to stop it.”

Morrisey said his current advice to private employers in West Virginia is not to change what that are currently doing.

“Hold firm. We believe we have a good chance of prevailing,” Morrisey said. “It doesn’t do any good to change your policies now when the odds of the OSHA mandate rule being thrown out are solid.” ...

According to OSHA, the emergency temporary standard also includes:

Determine the vaccination status of each employee, obtain acceptable proof of vaccination status from vaccinated employees and maintain records and a roster of each employee’s vaccination status.

–Require employees to provide prompt notice when they test positive for COVID-19 or receive a COVID-19 diagnosis. Employers must then remove the employee from the workplace, regardless of vaccination status; employers must not allow them to return to work until they meet required criteria.

–Ensure each worker who is not fully vaccinated is tested for COVID-19 at least weekly (if the worker is in the workplace at least once a week) or within 7 days before returning to work (if the worker is away from the workplace for a week or longer).

–Ensure that, in most circumstances, each employee who has not been fully vaccinated wears a face covering when indoors or when occupying a vehicle with another person for work purposes.  ...
