Baldwin has a rap sheet of about 5 offenses.  Time for a little investigative effort, and see that this turd does some time. Negligent Homicide has a nice ring to it.

Case in point...  Joe Blow stupidly texts and kills a person with his vehicle.  Alec Baldwin accidentally points a prop gun and it kills a bystander.  Joe Blow gets charged and likely convicted of negligent homicide....  What is different about Baldwin's situation?  plus the fact of his arrest record?

brandon Lee killed himself with a prop gun by firing the wadding into his temple, but that was at very close range. At likely distances involved unless he fired two shots it’s hard to see that happening here. Musta been (a) live round(s).

Either way Baldwin is as big a dipsh*t as most of us always knew he was.

That would appear to fit the bill for negligent homicide.  He was monkeying around with a loaded firearm, and clearly acted contrary to any basic firearms safety rules - certainly the firearm safety rules that apply to movie sets must be quite strict.

Of course, being a politically-connected leftist, he won't suffer any legal consequences, other than, perhaps, being sued for civil wrongful death.
