WH Threatens GOP Governors: 'Pres. Biden Will Override State Laws'

On Tuesday, the White House threatened Republican governors, especially the governors of Texas and Florida, that President Joe Biden will override their authority when it comes to vaccine mandates.

“We know that federal law overrides state law,” said White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki.

She also accused Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott of playing politics with their executive orders that ban vaccine passports.

“Why would you be taking steps that prevent the saving of lives that make it more difficult to save lives across the country or in any state?” she asked, adding that they are “putting politics ahead of public health.”

“Every leader should be focused on supporting efforts to save lives and end the pandemic,” Psaki said.

Where is the law?
 
AFAIK there isn't even an Executive Order, or someone would have it in court, seeking an injunction to block it.

As for deciding he's going to override the laws of the several States, how does he propose to enforce that?

Joe already told us that in a conflict with the American peoole, he has the military and isn't afraid to us it.
State government must die,that Joe the King might rule as king!

This could be a great opening for the SCOTUS to start reigning in the commerce clause. Whether people in a State get a vaccine or not is not inter state commerce.
