He funded a targeted, private takeover of government election operations by nominally non-partisan — but demonstrably ideological — non-profit organizations.

Analysis conducted by our team demonstrates this money significantly increased Joe Biden’s vote margin in key swing states. This unprecedented merger of public election offices with private resources and personnel is an acute threat to our republic, and should be the focus of electoral reform efforts moving forward.

I absolutely believe this possibility; though for all intents and purposes considered, the election was stolen! 

I still believe that a stronger possibility is that the Chinese along with the Bidens/Fauci orchestrated the pandemic in order to steal the election.  Zuckerberg and others, such as Gates, Larry Page (Google) and Soros likely also assisted, but it's not how it was stolen so much as the fact that IT was stolen and no one has done a darn thing and SCOTUS turned their backs.

Regardless of how much money they spent to influence the outcome, from the viewpoint of one whose vote was devalued by the influx of illegitimate votes counted in other jurisdictions, with a direct effect on the outcome of the election and subsequent policy, yes, it was stolen. Paying someone to steal something doesn't make it any less larceny than paying someone to pull the trigger makes it less a murder.

Every treasonous goon who participated in conducting that theft should be deprived of their vote, in perpetuity, and granted a time for reflection, preferably behind bars or before standing on a scaffold.
