Under $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill, businesses not complying with Biden OSHA vaccine mandate would be subject to fines ranging from $70,000 to $700,000, according to OpenTheBooks.com.

Tucked inside the $3.5 trillion budget reconciliation bill that passed out of the House Budget Committee are exorbitant new fines — ranging from $70,000 to $700,000 — that would apply to companies defying President Joe Biden's COVID vaccine mandate, alleges Adam Andrzejewski, CEO/founder of OpenTheBooks.com.

If the provisions of the bill are implemented, the fines could bankrupt all non-compliant companies, warns the government spending watchdog.

"Buried on page 168 of the House Democrats' 2,465-page mega bill is a tenfold increase in fines for employers that 'willfully,' 'repeatedly,' or even seriously violate a section of labor law that deals with hazards, death, or serious physical harm to their employees," Andrzejewski writes in Forbes.

Last month, Biden announced by executive fiat that all private-sector businesses with 100 or more employees must comply with his most recent vaccine mandate, or pay a potential fine of $14,000 per violation. The order would impact more than 80 million Americans.

We have already seen how terribly Biden has viciously attacked business and jobs on this Country.  This bill shows it wasn't a fluke, Biden intends to further his JIHAD on American business and jobs, using co-vid restrictions to excuse and justify said attacks. Ignoring Biden aggravates the co-vid flu problem by inviting the co-vid sick here without testing.  (Open Southern border and Afghanistan refugees not being checked for being infected) As said earlier, Biden and democrats infected as many people as they could early on and continue to advance the spread of the disease to further move the co-vid flu agenda, even to crippling commerce in America.

When it comes to science and medicine, transparency is everything.

Scientific discourse requires all parties to be informed, and dissenting opinions, even if they are in the minority, need to be heard.

In medicine, how can people make the right decision for themselves if they aren’t given all of the relevant information? ...

While the agency has issued guidance requiring employers to “record and report COVID-19 infections and deaths,” it said it will not require those same employers to “record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination” through May 2022.

OSHA’s reasoning? Reporting on vaccine side effects might discourage or disincentivize employers’ efforts to vaccinate their workers. ...
