DURHAM, NC - On Thursday, Miguel Enrique Salguero-Olivares, 28, was arrested by agents with the North Carolina Bureau of Investigation at a residence in the 4200 block of Garrett Road on a bench warrant out of Wake County.

He has been charged with the grisly, 2012 murder of University of North Carolina (UNC) student, 19-year-old Faith Hedgepeth.

On August 16, he was arrested in Raleigh, and charged with a DUI.
