‘Making the Taliban Great Again’: Mystery solved on who’s behind billboards blasting Biden

An ex-GOP legislator is spending $15,000 to inform motorists traveling on Pennsylvania roads that President Joe Biden is “making the Taliban great again.”
Scott Wagner, a former state senator and unsuccessful gubernatorial candidate in the Keystone State, is renting about 15 billboards with that message over the next two months that also depicts a smiling Biden in Taliban garb holding a rocket launcher. The first one apparently popped up along Interstate 83 in Pennsylvania’s York County.
Wagner has described the botched U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan, which led to the Taliban rapidly taking over after the country’s government and security forces practically overnight, as “an absolute mess and a tragedy” and “worse” than Vietnam.
