Even if he were only targeting the 'Moderate Middle' (if one should exist), why would he vote NO on ending masks on public transportation?

Maybe he's going to run as an Independent in 2024.  Maybe he'll say that his conscious will not allow him to put the U.S.A. through another 4 years of ranker.
