But to change gears, the human body responds to long term low grade hypoxia by making more red blood cells over time. There was even a kerfuffle in world class sports over "blood packing" a few years back.

Which leads me to wonder if there is any link between masking, "blood packing", and the thromboembolic events that seem to accompany getting the jabs, or even just getting COVID itself.

Because of this ruling, I don't see the SCOTUS doing any better on other issues.  They failed.  They failed the country also by turning their backs on the vote counts. That was when I decided we'd lost our Republic.

By that same reasoning, the federal government has no Constitutional authority to fund private hospitals either.  It isn't the Justices that failed us.  It is we ourselves by allowing a federal government to invade every aspect of our lives.  Roberts (and Kavanaugh) are effectively saying that if you are stupid enough to operate your hospital on the government plantation, then you are stupid enough to subject yourself to the plantation rules.

JUST IN - Downing Street staff held "wine-time Fridays" throughout the pandemic. Boris Johnson regularly witnessed the gatherings, attended a "handful."  Staff bought a fridge to store wine, Prosecco & beer.

I would like to apologize to all of the people who are upset that I am unvaccinated and somehow survived covid, a disease with an approximate 99.87% survival rate for individuals under the age of 65.

I too am shocked that I survived those odds.
