It's not only okay not to comply with unconstitutional mandates. It is your duty not to comply.

If you really examine what he said, he is going to penalize businesses that allow non-vax folks, so technically, biden is not mandating individuals, he is pressing business to jab or fire.  So if you refuse, make sure you have the cash on hand to make it thru.
