North Carolina Federal Judge Cites ‘Disinformation’ to Ratify State Censorship
August 26, 2021
By Seton Motley

Government censorship destroys individual liberty, as seen in North Carolina.

We are currently experiencing a mass expansion of government censorship.

Which government attempts to justify by saying they’re only censoring “disinformation,” “misinformation” or “fake news.”

Except….

Dog Memes, Fake News, Political Ads and Big Tech: Who Watches the Watchers?:

“(W)e have millions of highly influential American citizens looking to ban information – in the name of banning bad information.

Six single sentence or fragments in, and didn't get to the supposed point. Did "Heartland.org", whoever they are, ever get to the supposed point teased in the article title?
If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

The author goes on to talk about patent trolls: the people, corporations and organizations who gobble up trivial patents and use them to block development of new products and processes. The author goes on to claim patent trolling is a Constitutionally protected expression of the First Amendment and property rights, even if the patent is based on totally false premises.

For the record, heartland.org is the legitimate Heartland Institute, but they appear to have copied and pasted this article from LessGovernment.org.
