OP: He said he’s a “strong supporter of Roe v. Wade” and that the most “pernicious thing” about the Texas law is that it allows most citizens to file lawsuits against abortion providers if they think the provider infringed on the policy.

So, lawfare is wrong. Dissent is no longer the highest form of patriotism.  What a difference an election can make.  The audacity of hypocrisy is stunning.

It certainly is and an honest media would call him out on that quickly.  Am not holding my breath, though.
