He's given the same exact speech several times now except in different tones....he tried the dismissive blow it off tone, then the sad, weepy tone, now the angry yelling at America tone. I suspect the latter will work as well as the first two did.

Biden says U.S. will hunt our enemies down to the ends of the Earth as Taliban / Haqqanis who killed thousands of American servicemembers & continue to harbor & ally with Al Qaeda (killed 3000 Americans on 9/11 alone) takes power in Afghanistan, so not sure what the threat means.
