I believe you are incorrect as Pelosi does not fill the VP spot if there is a President and no VP can be confirmed.
There is no requirement that Pelosi become VP if that office remains vacant and there is a sitting President.

If Biden dies/retires/is removed by Senate after impeachment, then Harris is automatically sworn in as President.
There will be no Vice President until Harris names a replacement, and that person is approved by a majority in the Senate and House. (The Dems do not hold a majority in the Senate.)
If a President Harris dies/retires/is removed by Senate after impeachment, and there is a new Vice President in place (i.e. approved by both Houses of Congress) then that VP is automatically sworn in as President.
If a President Harris dies/retires/is removed by Senate after impeachment, and there is no Vice President in place then the next person in succession - the Speaker of the House - is automatically sworn in as President.
