Biden administration WON'T extend $300 weekly unemployment benefits past September 6 and will instead urge states to use the remainder of their COVID relief
Daily Mail/UK,  Aug 20, 2021

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Labor Secretary Marty Walsh made the announcement on President Joe Biden's behalf in a Thursday letter to Congress.

*The federal unemployment boost has already been extended twice
*It was first passed under Donald Trump in the March 2020 CARES Act
*More than two dozen states have already ended the extra unemployment funds
*Some moderate Democrats signaled they wouldn't support an extension
*Republican lawmakers and governors think the relief discourages workers
*Biden is encouraging states still struggling with COVID to dip into their American Rescue Plan allocations to keep payments going

The Biden administration will not be extending a $300 weekly unemployment boost that's set to expire on September 6th and is encouraging states that want to continue them to dip into their existing COVID relief funds, Biden Cabinet officials revealed Thursday.

As President Biden has said, the boost was always intended to be temporary and it is appropriate for that benefit boost to expire,' Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Labor Secretary Marty Walsh said in a letter to Congress.

If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

I think the piece of the puzzle the "experts" are missing is people found alternate ways to make a living and make ends meet.  A significant portion of the economy will not come back.  With the "temporary" shutdowns and nationwide employment terminations people that worked at "jobs" rather than "careers" went "underground" to provide services and products via word of mouth, ebay or craigslist.  Especially given the extremely hostile work environment that have evolved, persecution based on who you voted for, religious beliefs (lgbq...) ...

The delayed rent thing was stupid, if you chose to postpone rent, then you have to make it all up after your approved delay.  So if your landlord agreed to a year, then a year + 1 day you had to pay all 12 months of rent...
